Our refund policy is All Sales Final.

Returns and Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items can only be exchanged for the same item. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: discounted or sale items, digital products, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to return an item, send us an email at support@browntable.biz and send your item to: PO Box 17013, Cincinnati, OH 45217. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within 4-7 business days using the following carrier: USPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 17013, Cincinnati, OH 45217. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return for exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.
